           A typical day in the gym; "Become Fit for Life."

-100 jump ropes
-100 m run
-40 sit-ups
-30 burpees
-20 push-ups
-10 pull-ups
 -5 squats


THE MYTHS OF WOMEN LIFTING WEIGHTS

Myth: Women shouldn't train like men.
Truth: Women can lift any way they want as long as they are reaching their fitness goals.

Myth: All women are in the gym to lose weight.
Truth:  Not all women are the same.  Most want to have better health.

Myth: Lifting make women look masculine.
Truth: Lifting builds muscle and in return burns fat.
