  1. WOW! CLASS IS GREAT! I HOPE EVERY STUDENT IS ABLE TO REALIZE THEIR POTENTIAL AND UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF "STAYING FIT FOR LIFE!" EACH STUDENT CAN ACCOMPLISH THIS BY PARTICIPATING IN AGILITIES, WEIGHT TRAINING, EATING A WELL BALANCED DIET AND EXERCISING.

  2. This is so true.. It makes me think that if you aren't working to get more fit each day you will literally be getting less fit by doing nothing. I wish people had more time set aside each day to focus on improving.

  3. I think the way I try to stay fit is not the right way because I don't do the activities every day I just do them like every other day and when I'm not doing the activities I'm just sitting around the house.

    1. I agree that each of us should have a routine to exercise with consistency. My husband is on a specific schedule to work out. When he doesn't work out he feels like he has let himself down.
